MILLE MIGLIA’S CHASSIS - THE ULTIMATE OPUS - Volume I, II & III
Written by Sandro Binelli, the project begins with a series dedicated to the cars that raced the Mille Miglia. Its aim is to document all the cars which participated at every edition of the original race between 1927 and 1957.
THE PARTICIPANTS
Throughout the book, cars are identified by their current name. In the final pages there is, however, a complete list: “The Participants, Year by year” providing the data of the races in chronological order for all the cars published in volumes I, II and III. Only in this list (unlike the similar list in volume I), will you find each car reported with the name it had at the time it participated in a race. The cars indicated in this list with the superscript “1”, today have a different shape and/or name.

New "volume I" need crowdfunding! A collection of books per event tracing the surviving cars by chassis.
You can support one or more volumes of work in progress projects. The themes to choose from cover the most varied expectations and interests of the enthusiast: the cars exhibited at the prestigious Salone Internazionale dell’Automobile di Torino; the cars that raced the races in the sunny land of Sicily: Targa Florio and Giro di Sicilia; the cars that traveled the fast track of the Monza circuit, at the Coppa Intereuropa; the cars that climbed the mountain passes in the Coppa d'Oro delle Dolomiti.

ViewMONOGRAPHIC CHASSIS BOOKS
The MONOGRAPHIC CHASSIS BOOKS are edited by AUTOMOTIVE MASTERPIECES. Among the activities of AUTOMOTIVE MASTERPIECES as a publisher, one is dedicated to the drafting of monographic books which are also part of the CHASSIS series. They are dedicated to and examine a single, specific chassis and are a work that is the natural consequence of our historical research. They are created in chronological order and, preceded by the highlights of the car, they examine both the general history of the model, with data sheets and chassis numbers, and the specific history of the specimen, followed by an expansion of the various points that make it up, such as: owners’ bio, drivers’ bio, if any, history details in chronological order with as many found images as possible. The MONOGRAPHIC CHASSIS BOOKS have become feasible thanks to the current possibility offered by digital printing which allows for limited editions (for collections, museums, private individuals) and editions for specialized bookshops. Made with the aim of being a quality and reference product, the MONOGRAPHIC CHASSIS BOOKS are custom made.
